The 2026/2027 application will open for Round 1 on Feb. 1, 2026.

The 2025-2026 application will close on April 1, 2026.

You will need to create an account to begin the application process.  All required documents can be uploaded directly to the application through a computer, laptop, tablet or smart phone.  This can be done by scanning and uploading or by taking a picture and uploading it to the application.
