PRE-K APPLICATION FOR 2026/2027

The application portal for Round 1 has closed. If we have contacted you needing additional information, you must submit that to us no later than May 6th to remain in the Round 1 lottery.
Round 2 opens on May 15th.
Parents should receive Round 1 eligibility determinations for the lottery by May 12th if they haven't already.
Applications from Round 1 that were determined eligible will be entered into the lottery. Lottery results will be released the last week of school.
Our online Pre-K application for the 2026-2027 school year will open on Feb. 1st.
Your child must be 4 years old on or before Sept. 30, 2026 in order to apply. We use a computer-generated lottery system to fill seats with those children who meet the eligibility criteria. We do not fill seats first-come first-served. However, we do usually fill after Round 1, so it's best that you submit your application during Round 1.
Round 1 dates are: Feb. 1 - May 1
Round 2 dates are: May 15 - June 5
Round 3 opens on June 25 and remains open throughout the school year.

The Louisiana Department of Education has released the 2024-2025 Performance Profile Results.
The Livingston Parish Early Childhood Community Network earned a HIGH PROFICIENT rating of 5.75 !
